Bad Emerald Life

I have been a client of this company for almost 3 years. I also have had extra dependants in my funeral policy. So when my uncle passed on and went to claim they told me due to a system malfunction they wont do a pay out as when they went onto a new system they only done a deduction for me as the main beneficiary. They have given me no notification as to what had happened and now they doing the duductions as per norm for someone who is already deceased. I am really disappointed and irate for their dismal service and professionaism in handling my situation. Who knows they do this with all their clients. I will never refer anyone to do dealings with emerald again.
