bad bad bad

I have never been so sad in my life emerald life has made that we had so many problems to Barry my father my sister took a cover out for my father. We have given all the paper work the lady assisted my sister and mother and told them the money will be paid out with in 48 hours. My sister did not have a bank account and gave authorization for the money to be paid into my mothers account the lady that assisted them said the avadavat was correct. Today I called as the money was still not in they then advised that the avadavat was suppose to have my mothers full name on it. But the consultant that assisted them set the expectation for 48 hours.my daddies funeral is tomorrow and they dropped the line when I asked to speak to a manager this is a bad funeral plan and they don't have respect for the death. My cried as she is already grieving for my dad I need help to take this people further as we will not be leaving this like it is . The call center drops the calls
