emerald sky flats east london worst landlord ever

<p>My geyser in the flooded 3 times in 3 years. 1st time in 2015, then again in January 2016 and finally on 1 st January 2017. The last one was the worst. Whole floor was soaked. Resulting in carpets drenched in water. My free standing wardrobes and couches damaged. I have been to the office several times to report it and only when I raised my voice did someone make an attempt to come and look at the damage. They are now brushing it off and refuse to replace the broken geyser. They refuse to replace the soiled stinking carpets. They send a carpenter to the flat who has no experience in plumbing to give a report. I have contacted their head office with no assistance from them either. All emerald sky wants is to receive your rental but no proper assistance to their tenants. Something has to be done about their poor service. </p>
