Wouldn’t recommend River Resort Chalets, EVER!

The worst holiday ever, staff not helpful, reception phone never gets answered , dirty chalet upon check in, the shower flooded in your chalet due to bad drainiage system, you feel like you being done a favor as a paying guest. I’m very much of a frequent global traveller, this is the worst place ever I’m embarrassed as a South African that I find the worst service at home and best everywhere else in the world. I rated 1 cause there wasn’t a 0 option, pathetic.
