worst stay ever

I am still waiting for my issues raised to be rectified. From doors that don’t lock, doors that squeak every time you think about going to the loo, to such bad and unhygienic bathrooms that you would prefer to have a bath at the Aquadome. Also cant forget that there is no water supply when you stay in the one bedroom chalet, you have to visit the other chalets to bath!!!!!! Reception phoned me on Friday trying to negotiate with me a 1 night stay during the week in a 1bedroom chalet. Unacceptable when I live so far away to travel almost 250kms to come stay at your worn down chalets for a night? Who would be crazy to do that I really would hope someone of higher management get in contact with me. It is not very kind that because I booked a discounted stay via agoda, that I be served with bad accommodation.
