WORST SERVICE EVER!

It is now 3 weeks that i have complained about the service on the accommodation that i booked for one of my employees that stayed there. Sent three emails, phoned 3 times not one word..no response! and still my deposit is not even refunded! Their service is horrible. their food is horrible and their customer service non existent!!!!
