Worst place i have ever stayed at

So so disappointed in this place booked a 1 bed room chalet for 2 nights (thank god only 2) firstley we booked a free standing unit only to be given a unit thats adjoined to another unit thatvonly has a door separating the 2 rooms you can literally hear the people next door having a conversation or what they watching on tv ,went to reception to go complain and they told us there is no free standing units available and is all booked out yet we payed for a free standing unit they simply said they sorry but theres nothing they can do no refund nothing we just have to stay in that room and they would look for a free standing one on the second night , getting back to the room it is pathetic the state is appalling, the floor does not look clean the couch is so dirty the fabric even looked shiny it was broken when i sat on it i sunk into the floor the doors are rusted and the curtains are torn , for the money payed this was the worst place i have ever stayed in in the last 4, 5 years if i could give you some advice stay away at all costs you will only waist your money .flies everywhere , and absolutely no privacy .will never come back here
