Utterly Disappointed – Graze at Emerald Casino

As a Vaal-based individual who genuinely wishes to support local establishments, I must express my deep disappointment with Graze. On multiple occasions, I’ve encountered staff who are not only discourteous but seem visibly irritated by the very presence of customers — which is both unacceptable and disheartening.

This wasn’t an isolated incident, and I’ve now reached the point where I can say with cer*****y: I will never be returning. The lack of professionalism and hospitality is astonishing. It’s unfortunate, but I’d much rather take my custom elsewhere — even if it means venturing further afield to the North.

Local businesses thrive on community support, but respect is a two-way street. Graze has let me down far too many times, and I’ve had enough.
