Unsatisfactory service

I received a breakfast pack there this morning and both the naartjie and apple were rotten. The apple was full of worms and the naartjie was black inside. The bread was also not fresh. Inside room 326 the toilet roll holder was broken and the wheeled chair arm rest at the desk/dressing table was broken - please repair. I was not satisfied with my one nights stay. Thanks Denise
