The Worst Sunday Buffet in Town

I am gravely disappointed in the Sunday buffet at Emerald Casino Hotel. The whole intention of a buffet is to have a variety of foods to choose from and a selection of desserts. What a disappointment my party of 37 had. The food was tastless. The options provided where an honest joke. The dessert was so sweet and warm. No ice cream was provided on such a hot spring day. And honestly it is quite misleading for your hotel to say it's a buffet but you repeating the same tasteless food without any other options. Kids were even complaining. The R50 juice in a jug was horrible even Oros would have been better. It was just an unpleasant experience on my moms birthday celebration. I will never find myself nor I will recommend anyone to come there for a buffet. We travelled far just to leave hungry and with less in our pockets. It really broke my spirit.
