Shoddy customer care

I have my sons and grandkids visiting from Germany and UK and today, after checking the website carefully, we drove approx 2 hours!! to have a fantastic experience in the warm spectacular, grotto pool and it was CLOSED for whatever, but no info on the website!!? So a 4 hour drive for nothing! Thanks 🤨😡
