Rude Unprofessional Unmanner Staff

Your staff are rude and have no manners. I am worried for your reputation with people like this dealing with Public young and old.... Second to the rude staff.. you cant even assist normal daily visitors at your Animal World with a small lunch, cause you are apparently too busy catering for the school children.. I am told that our little family of 3 must come back after an hour I we might be lucky to order lunch as you only have one chef.. Really.. you have hundreds of kids you catering for but only one chef and no other person looking after your other random day visitors.. it's a disgrace to your business for a local visitor / tourist to be treated like we in the way and bother your staff.. At the end of the day.. I would rather not visit the Any of your facilities due to very rude staff...Please train your staff.. when you start loosing customers one at a time on a daily basis.. you will end up loosing more business then you can afford these days... #BlackFriday
