Poor poor service

This is the complaint.

I have never won any money at your casino, and I am with, monotonous continuety, frustrated by the lack of service. There is never an attendant in sight, and after calling for one a number of times, they show up well after the fact. Players also "reserve" machines by putting money in, but playing other machines. I therefore fail to understand why I should continue donating to your casino, and waste fuel and time to have an unpleasant and frustrating experience. There seems to be no prospect for months, of any improvement, or any professional management on the floor.
