Poor performance and service

On Saturday 07 July 2018 we went to Emerald Casino and went to the Sportsbar down stairs to play the horses as it was the Durban July(busiest race day in South Africa) and once again when we get there they only have person working behind the tote and one lady working behind the bar.

It is an absolute joke that you don't have any staff working on this day, I have been there twice in the last 3 years and the you cant even take a bet as the line is to busy and it takes ages to get drinks. I felt sorry for the poor lady working behind the bar as she really had a busy day running up and down and tried her best to keep everyone happy. Betewwn our table and the one next to us you has about 25 unhappy people who will most probably not be joining the side again.
