Old security guard with extreme attitude
My children went to the entertainment centre at emerald casino at 730 at night they were there to see what they can entertain themselfs they came back and requested a shuttle at the security guard description of him old male with a long coat works the night shift the security guard is extremely rude and has no social skills he is also very sarcastic and he doesn't carry a good image of the resort . He has freightened my children and we will never return because of this incident we couldnt get his name because the other guards was covering for him
