No communication!
Upon arrival they ask for a breakage fee which i was not aware of. Then they say that they need honest people and not people that will *****! Really? I am a guesf that paid for my holiday and now you say you need people that will not *****??? Receptionist has given me incorrect information to say that I will be able to access aqua dome both on arrival whichwas at 4pm and the dome closes at 6pm. and the next day on departure. Got to reception the next day to find out we are only allowed 1 pass! If i had known i would have abviously saved the pass for the full day the next day! What did I pay R1100 for? To sleep in the chalet??? This is not cool at all! Terrible stay and we even had the water being cut the next morning where we could not have showers etc. Will not recommend this resort to anyone! Absolutely regret booking here.
Please accept our apologies for your recent poor experience. The Aquadome pass should have been better communicated and explained to you. The breakage fee is refundable upon your departure should there be no breakages but again we apologise that this wasn’t explained at booking stage. The water disruptions were as a result of two major leaks on Frikkie Meyer which the council was attending to this past weekend. While this is unfortunately beyond our control, again it should have been communicated. We do hope that you will consider our Resort again and that you will have a far more positive experience with us.
