Kambati river resort

Went away to Kambati river resort for a weekend in February . When we arrived they could not find my second payment and i was told to make another payment or leave. Made the payment by card and went about my weekend. When we got back home i mailed them the proof of payments. after months of phoning and emailing i gave up on a refund. Spoken to Monique Kock O E N A Escapes with no success. Then contacted head office of O E N A Escapes the noticed the double payment but no refund.
