FIRE CRACKERS - THROWN AT GUESTS WITH SMALL KIDS

DON'T VISIT EMERALD CASINO CAUSE THEY ALLOW GUEST TO THROW ******* FIRE CRACKERS AT OTHER GUEST WITH SMALL CHILDREN!!!<br> The security is so bad there, that they don't check the guests coming in, which allowed a young boy/man on their premises with fire crackers. This young man/boy threw the cracker from the fire escape, where the young man was smoking (not a designated smoking area either), where the tenpin bowling is situated, onto the put put course, where there are many children playing. Sadly the ******* fire cracker exploded in my brother in-laws face, next to his ear, who was standing next to my 3 year old son. <br> When laying the complaint at their security office, we were told that we purchased those fire crackers at their sweet shop on their premise, how clueless are they, as everyone knows that fire crackers are ******* in SA.<br> Now they wont give us the boys name and contact details, so we can lay a case against him... cause of some privacy policy, but my personal opinion, they did nothing about our complaint and actually didn't bother to investigate.. <br> Sadly.. Emerald casino is obligated to keep there guests safe.. and they cant do that and they don't care either. STAY AWAY!!
