FALSE ADVERTISING
The room advertised was not the same as the one we received. Our room was not prepared for us and had no extra blankets, the floor was dirty it was so displeasing. I won’t even mention the drive from the actual hotel to the chalets that no one mentioned before hand. So it was very inconvenient as we didn’t have a car and had to rely on their shuttle which operates only until 22:30 and even then they won’t allow taxi cabs to drop us off!!!!
