Failure to refund deposit on time to date on booking of 15Dec 2017 booked under Nomsa Maine my friend

Me and my friends were booked for one night at the River chalets on 15 Dec 2017 . We checked out on 16 Dec 3017 and the card that I did EFT with was requested to pay back R500 deposit. To date I haven't received my R500 deposit because someone failed to a proper job and what makes me angry they failed to acknowledge poor service and tried to blame me that I did not present card whilst checking out and I did that. Refilwe did not help me and I tried to contact Nozipho but could not get her. Eventually Jessica sent me a refund form to fill on 10 Jan 2018 I did .
