Emerald Resort- TERRIBLE SERVICE

We stayed at the emerald chalets, these rooms are old, the counters are burnt añd the door and window bars are Flemisy.

We checked with terrible service, on departure locking up the key had broken in half, I had then checked out and again the lady at the desk was so rude and in the interim they took my Deposit of R500 for broken key. I often go to emerald with work, family stays. My family and friend will not be staying be staying at emerald in the future with such bad service and management ..
