Emerald Resort & Casino worst camping experience!!!

We went camping on the weekend 30 Aug to 01 Sept. The absolute worst camping experience we have had. Firstly the Emerald mini busses race through the camping area where kids are on their bicycles, playing with ***** or even just walking to the park as if it is an F1 racing track and then people staying in the little houses followed this example set and when complaining to security absolutely nothing was done to assist in getting people to slow down in the camping area. Kids love camping cause they normally have the freedom of riding their bikes and playing but camping here was terrible as we had to keep the kids close all the time as safety is definitely no priority to this resort. Then there was ONE ******* bin for 10 campsites, no hot water in the bathroom even when I decided that 5h30am was a good time to try and see if there is maybe by luck some hot water. The bathroom doors have no locks on them, there are not enough electrical points. Initially, we had one braai for 10 camping sites after asking for more we received another and then later was asked if they can have it back as they need it for another function? I would definitely not recommend this resort to anybody out there!!
