Emerald Resort & Casino

I was given a complimentary room at riverside resort for my birthday month. I thought this was a good idea to invite friends for an outing for a day or two. I called the resort to book the complimentary room for 2 nights and an 2 additional rooms, I was told I will transferred to a lady cannot remember her name who deals with this. It was conveniently engaged. I tried on several occasions still engaged. I was then given her direct line, which again goes to voicemail left messages response to-date. I then tried the booking method via the internet left my detail its now 4 weeks no response. Why offer these ridiculous complimentary accommodation when you are not prepared to honor it . What ****** jokers thanks for wanting my 64th birthday to be memorable . after leaving a message the response i got "We hope you had a good stay"
