Emerald on the fall

I have been to Emerald in June 2019 and after my checkout received a call for my email address to receive a feedback letter. After the feedback and my complaints on Hello Peter , i never received any call till now. Funny how people can call thinking they going to receive positive feedback but once feedback received you wont even get a call to apologise for the bad service.
