I am so long a member of emerald casino and my wife I play some long ours at the casino and enjoy their free drinks,this monthis my birthday and was invited with my wife to had two breakfasts by highstakes restaurant on Sunday 13 October 2019 and order 9 h40 2 standards breakfast while my wife was busy to wait ,I was playing casino because we did have not so much time ,my wife ask the 10h42 exactly more than 1 hour them how long still because we need to meet up with people,the lady said she will check ,we said we had to leave ,then after 6 mins suddenly the two breakfast come after 1 hour and 10 minutes,really I thought they were out of stock and go to a nearest supermarket to buy stock,that's a only decent answer or they forget totally our breakfast?in this our no one keep us on date what is. Happening or served us with coffe or juice?at 10 h45 I ask for a manager there was no managers only the supervisor nl Betunig nr *** or 8477she was running away from us and can't answer our questions?we were going next to the cashiers to ask for a manager to lodge our conplain there were no manager or whatsoever to take our complain?how can a casino been run without a manager? this is really bad and we got tel numbers to phone if we come by our house,by our house I phone the supervisor of highstakes restaurant nl Betunig nr *** or 8477,and she was answer us ,she gave unreasonable exuses and lie ,I ask her also that on Tuseday fabulous 50 that your table clothes of the table is always dirty and I was also been served with more clients then to day in 10 mins time,I ask what was the hold up? she can't answer?I ask I want to speak immediately to a manager where she said that a manager will come 15hoo clock on duty,I told her if he dont phone me I will go to hellle peter for this poor service ,and dont have even a manager on the floor,that is reallly bad,I see there is more people who walking threw the machines day and night who did have no money and and ask our people money if they see you win or what else?this can exlpain about no managers on the floor,reallyy disgusting?I dont. Know if it is the new owners who take recently over by emerald casino but things is getting out of order and very fast,my card nr264348 ,F.J.Cilliers,we also did not touch on our breakfast,and you dont have a manager who dont care about helopeter because I warned them to phone me before a certain time?really in the past we enjoy our breakfast ,freegames and we stay in for a day two times now,now this happening,and in the last 5 months we play lots of money which we lost and win,
