Emarold casino River chalets

Having a body building competition at Emarold and staying at the River resort chalets, worst experience ever. On Friday night we could not get a good nights rest due loud music and people screaming and shouting all night up until 4am, on saturday night returned from the competition at around 11pm, got to our chalet and cars were parked every where, loud music everywhere and people screaming and shouting again, we could not stop at our own parking, had to stop on the grass area, knowing we could get clamped, phoned reception and security and nothing was done to the situation, we have even asked to move us into another hotel room, but they refused, will never book at Emarold casino again, will rather drive up and down for 300km or book at outside in a B&B.
