Disgruntled

Hi

My husband and I booked a chalet for 2 nights, the 1st evening there was an issue with our parking, as someone else parked in our spot and nobody knew who's vehicle it was. We were asked by reception to park at the reception parking, which was an inconvenience to us.

The next evening we had very rowdy neighbours who made noise the whole night and now at 6am when I am typing this still making a noise. We could not sleep at all and are eager to leave as this has been our worse experience at your resort.

The doors separating the chalets are useless as one can hear each and every sound from next door.

The purpose of a get away is to relax and rest from the hussle and bustle of the city life. This stay was the opposite.

We are very disappointed and exhausted.
