Disappointed dtay

A family getaway turned out disappointing.

Emerald casino and resort has so much to offer and after lockdown our family needed a getaway.

Our duration of the the 2 nights away we had no water facilities. No communication was given. It was horrible especially with the kids it became very difficult.

On the day of check out we got a 1 ltr water. It was so disappointing.

Please work on better communication and having a contingency plan for water. 2 days not acceptable on a resort.
