chased away like dogs
We went to the Emerald casino for an outing on sunday 12 July. They had announced that the casino will be closing @12 because they wanted to implement a new card system. They announced at 11 that there was an hour of play left. At half past 11 they announced that there was 30min left. Not even 2min later we were not asked but told to cash out immediately. She was so rude. Clearly no social skills. I had a 103 free spins left and could not just cash out. Clearly everyone there thinks that they own emerald!
