Bad service

So hubby made a booking at the hotel we got confirmation for availability made payments the next thing we recieved an email telling us that they overbooked and that we will be refunded! I mean it's not my problem they made overbooking why should I now have to run around looking for other accommodations and it's been over 24hours and still haven't got our refund
