BAD SERVICE

It is with utter disgust that I write this. My family and I went to Emerald's Aqua Dome this past Saturday celebrating my six year olds birthday. I sent my teenage kid to go buy cool drinks outside by the cool drink and alcohol shack by the grass. My daughter stood there over 30 minutes and was not served. The African man served all the white male drinkers their alcohol. My daughter came to call me and I stood in the line patiently waiting my turn. AGAIN the same thing happened. The white men were served first, despite me standing there and waiting first. When the African man had finished serving everyone I ordered two liqi- fruits and two cokes from him. I then asked him if there was a problem as to why he was not serving us. He said how can he serve my daughter when she walked away. I then remarked that she had been standing there for over 30 minutes and not been helped, rather been by passed just as I was. Why was this Emerald employee serving the white people first despite us waiting in a line???? The employee then became stroppy and had a very bad attitude towards me. Now before you claim that I am using the race card let me advise you that my father is a white man and my mother is black. Poor service is exactly that. POOR SERVICE .

I will certainly not be returning to Emerald. And I defiantly will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience.
