AQUADOME, MORE LIKE AQUA-DISSAPOINTMENTS. RATHER CLOSE DURING THE WEEK IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICES THAT ARE INTENDED TO US AS PATRONS!!!

Honestly, I don't understand how the aquadome wants to be open on weekdays, but simply closes or switches off any of the facilities that are actually different to what I can get at home, for free!!!!! The 23rd of January was my daughters birthday and we came to the aquadome as swimming is what she enjoys. They are small and hence we prefer the fact that the aquadome has hot pools - well clearly only hot pools when there's 750 people swimming and have had a lucrative day clearly! We clearly just came there and have ; 1. No access to the slide 2. Waterfall feature being off 3. The pool that's generally hot (next to the baby pool, being cool.)

What is this? This is unacceptable. We pay to use these facilities yet it's unavailable to us as customers SIMPLY BECAUSE ITS NOT FULL TO THE BRIM, RIGHT!!!! It's honestly not my problem if the aquadome IS NOT filled to the brim and hence we come on weekdays as we cannot enjoy the place when it's so full. This is the 3rd time you are doing this!!! We should be getting a partial refund as we could only use partial FACILITIES.AND NO NOTHING WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. YOU JUST TRYING TO EASE OPERATIONAL COSTS AT GUESTS EXPENSE.

Also we come there for the warm water. But all of a sudden the pools are not as really warm as they were in the past. Imagine going to the beach and there's no ocean.
