Absolutely Useless and unprofessional

<p>we had 2 visits to this resort on Friday, the first and the last visit. We were 2 couples and we decided to eat in their buffet restaurant, what can I say? the food was bland, overcooked and possibly unhygienic. The price that they charge are Johannesburg upmarket prices which is ridiculous. The whole complex seems to be dingy and dark, I certainly would not let my wife park in the general parking at night, it is dark and dangerous, which is bizarre in this day and age. Needless to say that the customer service of this 2nd rate establishment is dire, really, I suggest that they contact the Southern Sun group to lift their level of service, you can see immediately that the people working there are badly trained. We played in the casino where sadly the table croupiers were extremely amateurish, they were SLOW!!! well, all told the evening cost us some money, and I certainly would not recommend their restaurants, premises or casino to anybody. </p>
