A very disappointing moment.

I came all the way from the Eastern Cape to enjoy the sedibeng Music festival. I was on the page everyday trying to see what is communicated, I made sure that I arrived early, upon arrival we were told that we needed to drop our cars at the parking bay and take a shuttle to the venue, nowhere on their page did they communicate that this was what was going to happen. It is raining heavily and I got wet, I had to walk from the event venue to get my car upon arrive my car was left alone and everyone had been granted access to go in because of the rain I paid R50 for the parking because of the walking and the rain the access sticker was damaged, I presented to the guards who saw me on arrival that I had walked in the rain they refused me access telling me to go back get the person who sold me the access parking ticket walk back and bring him, what kinda service is this. I'm without cash and my things are left inside unattended. What about my safety. I understand this is external company but in a country where gender violence is on a raise I'm told to walk back, emerald casino must rent their space to professionalz people that understand that they dealing with people and people come first.
