A Horrific Experience at Emerald Casino and Resort
On 25/03/2016 after supper at about 21:00, my friend walked with her family to the candy store. Due to poor lighting, leading to the candy shop at the pond she didnt notice any signs of caution,as there are none.Carrying her 10 month old grand daughter she fell into the pond. Her grand daughter knocked her head on the rock in the pond.Caroline broke her fibula and tibia, both bones in the right leg. She has to, for the rest of her life have *****s and pin in her leg. Endure month of physio and also be booked off from work for 3 months.She had to undergo an emergency operation in the Vaal and is suffering from severe pain and trauma. To add to this trauma her grand daughter was traumatized so much that the whole week she was restless, crying and experienced vomiting and pain over the weekend.<br> <br> The security guard on duty took a statement & when speaking to him the follow day couldnt recall our chalet number despite having indicated he was concerned and came to the chalet.He also insisted that he phoned - but there were no missed calls on anyone's phone.Turned out to be the worse weekend she can recall, unable to attend her grand daughter's baptism.
