Spent over half an hour trying to make a booking at this resort. I either get through to a recording which forces me to leave a message and hang up, or get through to receptionists who just don't give a damn and cut the call off.<br> <br> Marie at switchboard tried to put me through to various people, including the GM and there is no reply.<br> <br> So much for being part of the biggest entertainment group.
