Worst property agency

Worst property estate agents ever. In the time I rented the place was not painted out or cleaned. I had to do all of that on my own.

Took before and after photos. Never had inspections done, as soon as something breaks they try and put the cost on you when its wear and tear. Or they never respond.

When I Gave notice I went and cleaned properly and yet owner Tina said it wasnt cleaned so i emailed all the photos and still deducted an amount for windows as I was top floor and the sliding door wasnt cleaned. Seems i should hang from the railing. Kraaifontein location

Went and viewed another property in Haasendal her attitude sucks when my parents greeted her. She said she would keep a unit , and 2 weeks before I had to move in she sold the unit from underneath me.

These people are absolutely the worst ive ever had to deal with in my life. Stay far away from Emerald properties.
