Unfair rental agents

Very friendly and happy to get you to rent a property from them, but as soon as you leave you are treated lile a dog. They also look for any reason not to pay back your deposit and hold you as tenant responsible for the building maintenance that the landlord is responsible for. They also deny you the right to a fair quotation for any claimed damages or the right to have any claimed dameges repaired by a cheaper contractor. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I have been advised by my attorney that their practice and way of operation is deamed unfair and *******. I will be lodging a formal complaint at the Rental Housing Tribunal.
