TINA FREIMUTH!!!

We started our lease on 01 September 2024. The plumbing system in our unit wasn’t up to standard working conditions, leaving us without water for up to 17 long days, which exhausted our patience with other representatives. We decided to terminate our lease agreement after just two weeks, as our occupancy was compromised due to the lack of a solution for our issue.

Tina was made aware of our decision to terminate while she was away on holiday. We engaged with Tina through phone conversations, expressing our deep unhappiness. Maintenance was immediately actioned to resolve all the irregularities in our unit.

On the same day, we received a knock on our door. It was Tina, who drove all the way from Gordon's Bay to visit us simply to ensure we were happy with the 5-Star maintenance work completion. Before she left, she offered us the option to still trigger our exit without penalty, as we were well within our rights.

We had an exceptional experience and privilege meeting her! The service was top-notch, and the genuine care and attention made all the difference. She helped us reconsider our decision to move out, and we are so grateful for her support. Highly recommend! Thank you for going above and beyond, Tina!
