STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! From day 1 they were absolutely useless. Wish I had seen the signs sooner. You have to constantly remind them to do their job and then you have to pay them absurd fees after playing like a personal assistant to them. Once you have moved in, it's game over. They didn't even pitch up to do a intro Inspection nor give us our keys. We had to contact and run after the previous tenants to get the house keys. Then we had to do our own intro Inspections and send it to them with details. Upon opening the door for the first time after retrieving the keys, the unit was completely infested with rats, ****roaches and ants and we hadn't even moved in yet and were told this falls under costs of the tenants due to our negligenceand we had to explain that we only took occupation that day as per contract. They made us live in that infestation against sanitery laws for over 8 months. None of the windows could even close properly, the property was severely neglected and the agency wanted to hear absolutely nothing. They go months on end without answering calls or mails and the worse part is that you have to sign a debit order which is non negotiable, so they deduct random municipal amounts from your bank account , and if you query to see the statement to justify the absurd amounts, they hit with you fees which shows how ********* and unjust they are. Staying in one of their leased units for one year felt like a decade and we couldn't wait to get out! Please any tenants out there, learn from my experience and all other reviews and don't go through these people.
