Horrible Maintanance Services - don’t recommend staying here

On the 13th of December 2023 I logged a Maintanance ticket for my busted oven- I even did a plea on the note that if it can please be fixed before Xmas as I would need to utilise the oven during that period. Till this day 11 January 2024 almost a month later no one has heard my cry for help. Sent numerous emails for body corporate and no one is responding to anything. However other people dare to complain about small children making noise then that takes number 1 priority and also depending who send the email. Mine did not take priority at all!!!
