Unauthorised debit order!!!!

The emerald club has been taking R99 every month from my Absa account for a YEAR NOW, I did not authorize it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have sent NUMEROUS EMAILS and don't ever even get a response from them, let alone them stopping / cancelling my debit order. I want a full refund please and i want the world to know how ********** YOU ARE!!!!
