Terrible Service Provider

On the 7/11/2017 there was a medical emergency in Silverton whereby a man had suffered a fatal heart attack. They were called and were asked to come and assist, then they want to know if the gentleman had a medical aid which we were unsure of as we are part of the Community Patrol Association and it is not as if the gentleman himself could answer us! They made it very clear that they offer a private service only. But THANKS to 082 911 as they were on the scene within 7mins. To think perhaps if Emer-g-med had dispatched someone before asking so many damn questions perhaps the gentleman would still be with us! WE WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF ANY OF THEIR SERVICES AGAIN AND STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE WHO WANTS TO UTILIZE THEM... Does a life really have a price???? It is just pathetic
