MOST HUMBLE AND CARING SERVICE FROM 3 INDIVIDUALS

Thank you to Emer-G-Med for the greatest service. My son hurt his leg over the weekend we had a first responder and ambulance within a few minutes , Karien came from the north and we were situated in the east Their response time was amazing the two gentleman that arrived with the ambulance bus was Bornwise and Japhter al three medics immediately on arrival made me and my son feel at ease , they were very considerate to my minor , very considerate to me as a mother as they asked my permission every time they were about to attend to my son. the travel to the hospital I was update on my sons vitals al the time. I even received some laughter as the pain medication was kicking in my son was entering his own world :) at the hospital they continued to show their care and waited till they heard from us that we have been assisted and handed over properly. Karien also went the extra mile and checked in with me this morning to see how my son is doing and how sever the injuries were after x-rays. Thank you I will have Emer-G-Med as my contact for the rest of my life as you all made me and my family feel safe and taken care of THANK YOU,YOU THREE for being on our frontline and risking your lives may you be protected as you protect us.
