damage done!!!

i am so disgusted at them! we have had an incident this morning where i phoned ER24 and they could not assist with an ambulance. then they sent our Emer-G-Med , they had to come fetch my husband to take him to hospital. Once the first responder got here, the ambulance soon followed. without assessing my husband to find out if he actually needs the bed or if he can walk they tried to bring the bed in from my back door. They have scratched my fridge so badly and broke a bottle of wine in the process. they did not even bother trying to move the fridge nor did they try to explain or excuse the fact of the damage done. so not happy as my fridge is not even a year old!!!!
