Terrible Customer Service

Huggies is a brand Ive trusted and used for years never had an issue with their products until now I contacted customer service they advised me to wait 10 days to resolve the issue and my issue is still not resolved I provided them with everything they requested and they're not responding to my emails. Your products were defective and I purchased them with the intent of using them for the month they literally only lasted 2.5 weeks to top it all off you expect me to wait over a week to resolve my issue in the mean time what am I supposed to do? Purchase more diapers that I'm not guaranteed are not defective??? This customer service is the worst I expect more from Huggies then to struggle like this
