Still waiting for my order from EMD online after a month.

Ordered two tyres for my son’s motorbike. I chose door to door delivery. Suddenly I received messages from a delivery company that they will be delivering my package at an address 30 to 40 minutes away from my house. I contacted EMD Online via email, whereby they said to me I opt for this specific company and the address whereby they will be delivering the package. I never did and I informed them if it came out like that on their side then there is an obvious bug on their website as I would have realised when supposedly choosing this address that there is something wrong. Never less, I constantly contacted them with a few unanswered emails. On the 6th of January I emailed them again and only then they responded back to me to notify that my package is on its way to me, which it is not. As they gave me again the same tracking number as in the beginning and the same company. Suddenly they forgot the whole story and didn’t check the trail of emails which I have explained everything to them. Their contact number supp**** on the their web is also just ringing, no one is picking up which makes this very suspicious to me. I am sure they are not ****mers but their service is non existent as they do not care about their clients. This is my experience and I am happy for anyone else which did receive better or any service from them.

I will never support EMD online again. Just hope I can get the two tyres out of them as it’s almost a month now after ordering.
