Poor Service and Workmanship

Sub-contractors are habitually late, they work minimum hours or they do not show up on-site at all, rendering the deadlines to be missed.

Contractors were unskilled that slap together a poor job, the work is subpar and the job is incomplete. On numerous occasions DIFFERENT contractors were onsite completing unfinished jobs, and in other cases the project manager (did electric work) or cabinet maker (did the tiling) were completing jobs that they were not skilled to do.

Due to EMCOs poor service and workmanship my renovations has cost me double.
