Palette Patio Set

<p>I engaged with this company to manufacture a patio set from palettes which was produced early in Jan 2017. After viewing the received set, I requested changes that were implemented. Upon viewing the set in detail after receiving it and using it for the first time, I was shocked at tthe cratfmanship and quality after inspection.</p> <p>I am no carpenter but believe the raw material should at least be sanded properly, holes be drilled to affix *****s and not layers of paint used when requesting a washed look.</p> <p>Instead alot of gaps exist between the palettes because no sanding was performed, which was coverred up with access of paint that started cracking open when dried; edges were not cut evenly to match up; *****s were beaten into the wood instead of using drilled holes which caused alot of wood filler to be app**** to cover large amounts of damaged areas, and another reason for using excess paint.</p> <p>I do not believe this set was produced with quality when compared to the price that was requested for it.</p> <p>The owner made an appointment with me to fetch the set and to fix all irregularities during last communication on 17 March 2017, almost 2 months ago. This appointment was not honoured and cancelled after noon that same day, even after already re-scheduling the original appointment earlier the same week.</p> <p>I have not heard from the owner again, even after transferring all payments for the work requested. This is extremely unprofessional!</p> <p>I have logged a case at the National Consumer Protector's Office, case 383334 on 27 March 2017 and even after all this time, no response is received and nothing is done about this case. Unbelievable!</p>
