EMCD is a pool you can trust
I moved my hardware from another equally well-known pool, as I was dissatisfied with the awful service. I made the right choice, 'cause the profit difference was about 5%. Plus, the customer service here is really great.

Emcd mining pool works well
On the previous pool, I had hashrate issues every other day, and then I switched to EMCD. Now I've got zero problems. You don't need to change the Stratum URL, it works without a VPN, and there are no withdrawals issues.
